Desuto Ltd has established a referral reward system for an individual or organisation that contributes to another individual or organisation signing up for a paid subscription.

The reward for referring a new subscriber is 10% of the value of the subscription at the point the new subscriber establishes their subscription plan.

A referral reward of 10% will therefore be remunerated as follows:

• An annual subscription will result in a one off reward to the value 10% of the initial subscription. Any subsequent additional upgrades made by the user, over time, will not entitle the referrer to further rewards; this is a one off payment.

Arrangements for payment

Rewards will only be paid if the new subscriber enters the correct contact email address in the relevant referral section of the subscription page at the time of taking out the initial subscription.

Failure to add the referrer details at this point will not be rectified once payment is received.

An individual or organisation can use the referral facility to secure a 10% discount for themselves by entering their own contact details in the relevant referral section of the subscription page at the time of taking out the initial subscription.

Payment of the referral reward will only be made once the full subscription amount has been received into Desuto Ltd funds.

Desuto Ltd will contact the referrer via email only and request BACS details to allow transfer of the agreed amount. No other payment method is available.

The referrer must email their BACS details to Desuto Ltd, within 28 days. Failure to do so will result in Desuto Ltd no longer being liable for any payment.

On receipt of BACS details Desuto Ltd will pay the reward amount within 28 days.

Desuto Ltd reserve the right to cease the reward arrangement at any time and without prior notice.
